No individual drill-down
Managers see aggregated team scores only. Individual data is never exposed — not through filters, exports, or any other route. This is architectural, not a permission setting.
Group threshold enforced
Team data is only shown when a minimum of 5 people have participated. Smaller groups are suppressed entirely, preventing reverse-identification of individuals.
You own your data
Every caller can request full deletion at any time. Reply DELETE to any SMS from Chptr One, or email privacy@empowher.io.
